Monday Italian Food== Pizza Part 1

Today food from the menu will be baking pizza part 1 from the Naples region in Italy (pizza was invented in Naples Italy)  In this post i will be sharing with you how i made my simple pizza dough and all cheese pizza.



Scone Base Dough ingredient:

3/4 cup self-rising flour

1.2 tsp salt

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup milk



1.Put your salt and flour together and shift into a bowl using a strainer.Add butter to sift mixture.



2.Rub in butter with your fingertip,until the mixture is close to fine breadcrumbs. Make circle well in the middle of  mixture and pour in milk little at a time and mix with a fork until soft



3. Put your dough out onto floured work surface and knead three to four times. Roll out or press dough into a greased baking sheet. push up the edges slightly to form a ridge.


All cheese pizza ingredient:

Pizza dough

Havarti cheese

mozzarella cheese

regular yellow cheddar cheese

pizza sauce





1. Spread your pizza sauce onto dough, take your all three cheese and place on top of sauce in no particular order.

2.Place tour pizza in oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min or untill cheese is bubbly. it is all finish enjoy,,Bon Apetit *-*
